This course may be taken by students with no prior laboratory experience to expose them to discovery-oriented research. The experimental progression exposes students to a variety of modern molecular approaches and techniques. Examines consequences of industrial activity on plant growth and productivity. At least one of the two terms must be a fall or spring semester. They also live in symbiotic and parasitic relationships with plants and animals. 3.
