Trip Overview

Orchid Tours and Travels presents to you a 4-night 5-day travel package to Bangkok, Pattaya, and Coral Island. You will take a tour of these amazing places in a group, where you will visit the main attractions of the Thai capital along with experiencing the beautiful water life of Coral Island and the religious and cultural spots of Pattaya city.

This country offers rich culture, natural beauty, and delicious cuisine. Thailand is fit for everyone, be it adventurers, nature lovers, or all-time foodies. It is also an ideal vacation spot for those simply looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation with their loved ones.

This most visited tourist destination in Southern Asia is home to ancient royal palaces like The Grand Palace, and Wangderm Palace, stunning architectural temples, tropical beaches, wildlife adventure, amazing culture, a vibrant lifestyle, and mouthwatering dishes. Thai people are so friendly that it will instantly make you feel like you’re at home. If you’re planning a vacation to Thailand with your family and friends and are confused about what places to travel to, our package has got you covered.

While there are countless exciting places to explore, we are going to explain a short trip to a couple of exhilarating places in Thailand that you can complete within a few days. Each of these places offers a unique culture and great hospitality.

Bangkok

The heart of Thailand has earned several other names, such as the City of Angels, the City of Immortals, and the city of Royals, and it certainly deserves all these titles. Bangkok is also quite popular for its energetic lifestyle and Thai massage.

There are many places to visit the city’s main attractions like the Grand Palace, Safari World, Wat Pho, Marine Park, Dreamworld, Floating Market, and Ayutthaya Temples. Also, there are different cuisines, street food, and shopping at different local markets like Chinatown and Little India for your family and friends.

Pattaya

Just 2 and a half hour's ride far from Bangkok, Pattaya is one place in Thailand that is a must-visit and we have included that in our package for your full enjoyment. Once you enjoy the crowded city life of Bangkok, you might want some peace that you can get in Pattaya. Sunny and sandy beaches, exotic resorts, and fun water activities attract people to this city.

Don’t think that Pattaya is only famous for its beaches. You will be able to experience other fun and famous places like the Floating Market, Sanctuary of Truth, Nong Nooch Garden, Sriracha Tiger Zoo, Dolphin World, Rubber Land, Tuxedo Illusion Hall, local museums, and local markets to shop where you can get lots of creative handicrafts. Once you’re in Pattaya, you will feel so welcomed that you might not want to go back home.

Coral Island (Kho Larn)

If scuba diving is on your bucket list, our package will take you to Kho Larn near Pattaya. Just a 45-minute boat ride west of Pattaya city, there is a coral island where you can enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, and the amazing underwater world.

Here, you can relax on the white sands after a long night, go for a dip in the water without the fear of being attacked by sharks, or even board a glass-bottom boat and experience the underwater life beneath your feet.

Do carry your swimsuit and sunscreen, as the scorching sun will tan your body as you enjoy your time in the water paradise. The turquoise water and the white beaches will make your day worth it.

You can also try delicacies from restaurants serving food from almost all parts of the world.

So, if you are planning a trip anytime soon, here is our little guide about where to travel to.

Trip Itinerary

1

Your destination is Suvarnabhumi Airport, where around 112 airlines are flying daily. After you depart from Tribhuwan International Airport at Kathmandu, you will land at Thailand’s biggest airport in 3 and a half hours. Till then, enjoy your flight.

After you land at the airport, our representative will pick you up and will take care of everything on your tour.  After a short refreshment, you will travel to Pattaya that same day. The means to reach Pattaya is via a bus, taxi, or microbus, which varies according to your budget and time management.

A  taxi will take you there in just 1 and a half hours, which is the shortest time taken. It can charge you up to 1,300 THB. If your group size is bigger, you will probably need to book a minivan that can accommodate enough people.

If you’re tight on budget, the cheapest option to reach Pattaya is via bus, which will approximately take 2.5 to 3 hours to reach there and will only take 130-300 THB, depending on what type of bus you’re traveling in. Booking tickets online in advance will help you get them at cheaper prices.

Also, do not worry about running out of buses because you will easily catch a bus every 30 minutes heading to Pattaya. It is necessary to inform us about your travel preferences so that we can get it done for you in advance.

Once we reach Pattaya, you check into a hotel that will likely welcome you with a sea view, instantly freshening your mood and taking the jet lag feelings away. You will enjoy your meal at the hotel or a nearby restaurant. With the help of our guide, you can then explore the local markets and the fun nightlife of Pattaya and call it a day.

2

Your morning starts with enjoying breakfast at your hotel and then departing for a fun-filled trip to Coral Island, also locally known as Koh Lan which is just 7 km off the coast of Pattaya. Since this place is an offshore island, the only way to get there is by waterway. You can easily get access to chartered speedboats and ferries from Pattaya’s Bali Hier Pier throughout the day.

You will get an adrenaline rush as you sail across the sparkling deep-blue water before reaching Coral Island. If you travel by ferry, that will take nearly 45 minutes, and a speedboat ride will only be around 20 minutes.

Once you reach your destination, it is time you relax under the warm sun, chill on the white sand, swim in the cool water, make sandcastles with your young ones, or simply bronze yourself on the golden beaches, taking pictures perfect for your social media. You can enjoy drinks and food at a restaurant near the beach and return to Pattaya after having a blast.

You can spend your time visiting shopping malls or some popular entertainment places like museums, zoos, and religious temples something different from beach life. When dusk falls, you can either rest at your hotel or explore the nightlife of the city.

3

Your third day in Thailand starts with breakfast at your hotel in Pattaya. After that, it is time to bid goodbye to this beautiful city. Here you have to pack your things and be ready on time, as mentioned by our representatives, as you have to head for your Bangkok excursion.

Enjoy every moment of your ride back to Bangkok. Along the way, you will be exploring the real beauty of Bangkok as you drive through Chinatown’s unbelievable shopping options with Bangkok’s largest Chinese community, which is said to be almost 200 years old.

You will also get to tour the flower market, Indian market, Wat Pho, and reclining Buddha Temple, where the statue is 46 meters long and 12 meters high and covered with gold leaf. You will witness the mixture of European and Thai architecture when you visit the Marble Temple, which houses a unique collection of Buddha images.

After the amazing sightseeing of the Thai capital, it is time for you to get to your hotel, check-in, and relax with a tantalizing dinner and a glass of drink as you enjoy the evening. You can also take a walk near your hotel to explore the surroundings some more.

4

After a couple of days of fun travel, it is a day off for you. There will be no rush in the morning as you can sleep till late and then have your breakfast in the hotel.

Set your day simply for relaxation, some travel, and shopping in Bangkok city. Our experienced tour guide will give you a tour of the Grand Palace, the major architectural symbol of the Thai Royal Family, and then take you to Safari World and Marine Park, where there are lots of fun activities available for kids and adults as well. During the evening, you will be taken to the floating market, where, along with enjoying a boat ride, you can also go shopping

Your hotel is in a bustling area, meaning you can easily go to main shopping malls like the Pratunam wholesale market, Platinum shopping mall, MBK, and Pantip Plaza, to name a few.

Simply enjoy your day off in Bangkok on your own and pack your luggage for your departure the next day.

5

Get your luggage ready and have your breakfast at the hotel. Today, we check out as per your flight’s departure time and make it to the airport as soon as possible to avoid getting stuck in traffic.
