From an exotic honeymoon to a family trip in Bali, this package caters to every interest group, and with us, you feel home, safe, enjoyable, and a fun trip. Snorkeling is a fun water activity in which individuals with basic swimming knowledge can explore the life underneath the water.

Currency Exchange and Tips in Bali

Currency exchange in Bali is quite tricky, you can exchange directly after landing at the airport; it is better to exchange dollars here for an increased value of money. 1 USD here becomes 15,200 IDR.

Bali is cash-heavy, so it's better to carry cash for a better experience in Nepal. The foreign exchange is near the security check, where we can conveniently cash our notes.

Stay Connected in Bali

A Bali Prepaid SIM Card costs around 150,000-250,000 IDR (~$15-25 AUD), and it provides 18 to 25 GB of data. Telkomsel is the brand for sim with the largest provider in Indonesia with good network coverage, and it has e-sim as well.

550 Rb for a 70 GB-only WhatsApp call. You can load your Forex card and get it exchanged. There is a lot of money going on transaction fees no one accounts for. You can grab burgers. It is a cash-dependent trip; if you are a card user, this can be a lot tricky at the beginning, but you get used to the way of life here in Bali.

Visa on arrival Country: Bali

There is no visa processing from home. Bali is a visa-on-arrival place. You pay and get your visa on passport on arrival. A visa for one here costs about 32 dollars.

Trip Itinerary

01

Welcome to Bali! After clearing customs, our friendly guide will pick you up from Denpasar International Airport in Bali. On your arrival, our representatives greet you and take a private transfer to Ubud. The actual journey starts here.

Denpasar Airport (Ngurah Rai International Airport) to Ubud by taxi is approximately 35-40 kilometers. The journey typically takes around 35 minutes without traffic.

Then, we check into our Airbnb or hotel for the day and plan the trip during dinner time. For a refreshing time, we take an evening stroll around the immediate neighborhood of our stay. It's been a long day already, after a flight and taxi ride to Ubud, so we rest for the day in our hotels.

02

We will start our day with seasonal fruit juice and breakfast platter in our swimming pool, (the floating one) if you like it that way. Our plan is to head to Nasa Bani for Ubud white water rafting just north of the Ayung River. This morning activity is a 10km course with Class II-III rapids for just $40 per person for a half-day tour.

With an inexhaustible natural view, we take our lunch (eat the Nasi Goreng) and go for Bali Swing in Ubud. We have a lot to catch up on and see on this trip from Ubud Poop Coffee, waterfall chasing, and Ubud surfing opportunities.

We make the day packed with the exploration of Tegenungan and Tibumana Waterfalls. Tegenungan Waterfall, often referred to as Blangsinga Waterfall, is one of the most popular natural attractions near Ubud, with an entry fee of 1 USD. There is a steep flight of stairs to reach here.

There are two waterfalls, small and big, both on opposite sides, right and left. You can click good photos here. It is quite easier to stand in front of the small one. There is an artificial pool also. You find this waterfall deep inside the cave in nature’s pathway, surrounded with vegetation, all greenery, and quite slippery. With laughter, exploration, and a fun travel sequence, we rest our day at our hotel.

03

Tanah Lot is arguably the best temple in Bali, and we aim to explore it in Canguu. We take a scooter ride or taxi to Tanah Lot, in the Canggu area of Bali, early in the morning to avoid the crowds.

On reaching, we explore the temple premises and have breakfast in that area. The little figures gods, and artifacts all make the place beautiful. It is a Hindu island, built on the sea to worship Bhatara Segara ( Sea God).

When we walk from the parking lot to the temple, we get a more intrinsic view of this volcanic island. Like every sculpture and architecture is made of the black lava stone. The temple complex is a dream destination on an island that tourists aspire to for years before actually making the trip.

Throughout the day we explore the street, and lesser-known places, and have food tasting. In the evening, we make our way through a coffee tasting at Dewi Coffee & Bali Pulina. Kopi Luwak, also known as civet coffee, is quite expensive coffee with rich antioxidant and pro-biotic properties. We look through its rich flavor profile. We then dine at our hotel, and call the day off, with the most anticipated rest.

04

Per your interests, we have a free day at Bali, where we attain Balinese culture and temple ceremonies. We can also take a scenic 6 km walk along the Campuhan Ridge or relax at the Bali Beaches near our getaway. Wandering through the traditional markets and looking for crafts, textiles, and food, we make the most of the free day in Bali, before returning the next day.

If one is good at swimming, one can go snorkeling, underwater landscape exploration, and scuba diving (if a licensed swimmer). The water spots are a popular activity in Bali, Nusa Penida. Here we see the coral gardens in locations like Manta Bay and Crystal Bay.

05

We had a nice sunbathe in Bali, explored the beaches, and waterfalls, learned about the coffee profiles, and made the most of our holiday. Today we return to our home country, with packing, check-outs, and return with a bag full of memories and souvenirs from the places we have gone so far.

FAQ's

We stay in Ubud only at Airbnb stay, Beyond Heaven, Villa Toya, and Love Ashram Villa are some to explore. There are more like homes, with added decor, better hospitality, and views than any hotel.

Near Padang Bai, Blue Langoon, black sand beaches and coral gardens of Amed,  the USAT Liberty shipwreck, Tulamben, and Bali’s West National Park, Menjangan Island are some of the best places for scuba diving besides Nusa Penida.

Penida Island, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, Lovina Beach, and Padangbai are some preferred islands on the coast of Bali to go snorkeling. With few instructions and an affordable package, you can do snorkeling with fins, a mask, and a snorkel.

The ticket charges we paid to visit Tanah Lot temple in Bali are 4 USD entry ticket fees per person. And it was $2.5 for children. This Hindu temple and its surrounding temples, all evoke a sense of spiritualism in you, with rich mythological tales and a beautiful temple arena.
